The middle board seems to be the biggest culprit and rip/reglue won’t solve the pith issue like others have said - you COULD try a fix that would make it a ‘feature.’ I’d rip the pith out of the middle board and replace it with a different contrasting board. That way you don’t have to fuss with trying to match finish/stain color, and you can keep the original dimension while getting rid of what’s causing the cup.
