Lawyers advice on Reckless Ben and BaM situation..
As American citizens, do we the people have the right to call the American Folk police department too pressure them and ask questions regarding them violating the first amendment, illegally detaining, targeting etc? What would be a proper way to ask, without it being considered harassment.
At what point would that line be drawn?

I watched those videos and cringed as a criminal defense attorney with Ben's actions. I also cringed at the police actions.
Strongest charge seems to be private picketing. Weakest is disorderly conduct.
Regarding the traffic stop, it looked like the driver stopped after the stop sign. Not sure there was probable cause to extend it for the drug dog sniff, but the initial ticket seemed ticky tacky but allowed.
I would hate to represent someone like him, seems like he can't listen, and is likely to post incriminating things online.
The biggest takeaway for the public should be that you can't talk your way out of police custody.
Regarding your question, calling the police department is not likely to have any effect on the case.

The police will tell you it's a civil matter.
