Someone i know is trying to fight me :p
basic rundown of the story if i used to work with this guy and we live in a small town so we've been acquainted in the past but as of recent it seems he has taken a strong disliking towards me. He has sent threatening messages to my phone number multiple times, i have been completely neutral to the whole situation not trying to escalate things further. One day im at the gym and he text me mid-workout and i blocked him then, fast forward about 2 weeks, Well tonight I'm sitting in a car park minding my own business, Mind you I've had no prior contact with this guy since he text me and i blocked his number. He decides to show up unannounced obviously holding something behind his jacket flap and started to walk towards my car. Obviously i lock my doors in a hurry and then he starts banging on my window screaming profanity's pressuring me to get out of the car. What i can conclude was i heard metal on metal banging against my car so i could only assume he had a knife or even worse a gun. Fearing for my safety and my girlfriends witch was in the car at the time, i went on my phone and dialed 911 and held it up to the glass for him to see, He then continued to shout profanity's saying he did not care about the repercussions and TO call them. He then went back into his car then i tell my girlfriend "He has about 5 minutes before i call.". Because honestly i thought he was going to block us in and trap us. To put it into context its dark about 11 at night and he was wearing dark clothing but i still knew it was him. He then gets back out of the car this time with his phone and starts recording me with flash continuing to scream profanity's. I then call the police, he then proceeds to record for another 20 seconds or so and then returned to his vehicle. One thing I'm most upset about is the dispatcher was more interested in grabbing both mine and girlfriends information that is gave him the time to absolutely flee the scene. And even when the officer did arrive me and him only had a conversation of what i could do if it were to happen again. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE if anyone can help me through this process of gaining a restraining order. Right now i am working on compiling as much evidence as i can to push for a harassment restraining order. Anything helps i am 17 and i have no knowledge in law or law practices. and i know most of you are gonna say just fight the guy and don't be a cop calling POS, But this man is an adult he is 19 i have done nothing to him and I'm not going to stand for this i will fight in court we are adults now no longer middle school children.
