Philly Recommendations?
Traveling to Philly for a few days soon and looking for all the recommendations! Walkable from the Center City area is preferred, but I’m willing to Uber. I love active things and history. I would also love any must-try restaurant, as well as any recommendations on the clothes to pack to accommodate weather during this time of year!

I feel like the other commenters have done a pretty amazing job highlighting the sights/attractions to see! I’ll add some of my own food/drink recommendations. I love Monk’s Tavern (Belgian beer pub with great mussels and steak frites and a comprehensive range of burger preparations), Spice C in Chinatown easily walkable from Center City (Szechuan spicy hand shaved or pulled noodles, the best crab Rangoon I’ve found yet, and amazing takes on the classics), and actually I’ll just generally recommend that you walk Chinatown and explore the food and snack/bubble tea/coffee options there. Also, I have a personal soft spot for Fergie’s Pub, but really all the Irish pubs near or in Center City have pretty solid options. If you want a solid, affordable breakfast spot, Bill’s Breakfast and Lunch on Sansom is reliable for bagel sandwiches as well as also having a pretty dang good cheesesteak. The vibe is gruff lunch counter but they are softies under it all. This is by no means a comprehensive list, but I’m just ticking off spots within a reasonable walk from Center City. If you want a tasty slice of pizza, you also can’t go wrong with Paulie Gee’s, about a 10 minute walk down 13th.
Edited to add: for clothing, I’d recommend bringing a rain jacket, maybe some light layers, but mostly expect humid and warm. It’s been varying wildly from day to day but the humidity has been a constant. Also expect that most if not all businesses will have AC so if you get chilled with indoor air, definitely pack accordingly for once you’re in the museums/bars/restaurants.
