Mother gifted me money

Ok so I don’t know what to do here. Mom 74f came into a small amount of money 50 grand after selling her home years ago. It say in the bank for a while but she wanted it out last year and put in a safe. Said safe stayed In her bedroom which she lived with me, and she only had a key to it. Now mom was diagnosed with dementia last year but in the very early stages and very cognitive decided to give us money. My sibling received 10 grand, myself and children roughly $15 grand. It’s obviously spent since this was back in december. Sister put it towards a roof and myself towards home projects etc. mom recently moved in with brother and now is saying she never gave us any money! Idk if shes scared my brother will get upset she didnt give him anything or what but im nervous about this. I did have her sign papers stating she gifted us money just incase. She mentioned taking us both to court over this even thou she gave it to us willingly!! Im not getting a reason as to why this is happening now but i am nervous. Im also in PA
