Some tips please

Hey guys so my nephew is visiting for 2 days and wants to do a one shot game. He is 12 and I want to give him a good adventure. But there's a problem... he has never played before and I only sat in on a couple games while my husband played a couple years ago and have never actually played myself... what do I do? How do I start?

It's a one page rpg about bears who need to steal honey.

Honey Heist is a one shot style game where the player is a bear. They must get honey. It's a two page document that's super easy to read. In my opinion, it's a good introduction point cuz you use the dice, learn how to RP, etc.

I've played it a few times, when inexperienced and a group of 4 + the DM it was around 4 hours long. With a group of 5 + the DM it was 3 hours long.
