Discussion Influence/Deinfluence Me Thread
Hey yall!
A new thread for us this year to couple with the clientele discussion - a thread specifically for posts with your shopping cart where you’d like feedback from the community before you purchase.
These can be so helpful especially during the sale when most items are return for store credit only! (Be sure to check the site for details on this)
Anything outside this mega will be removed so please keep them all here!
Happy planning 🫡💸

Vernazza top doesn't seem very practical because you'd have to wear something underneath it

the poplin skirt you’ll likely only reach for in s/s. the twirl can be worn in throughout the year with high boots/tights. I’m personally really over their satin material so if you’re specifically looking for a bias cut skirt the devotion is a more versatile fabric.

There’s a Renoir top dupe at target! Just saw it yesterday when I breezed through their New Day section before getting groceries. It comes in yellow. Not sure about pink.

Renoir top is really good! 100% cotton. Makes outfits more interesting, I got white and red last year, was very happy to see it’s back in more colours!

The shrink is so real on the sweat pants. I got a small regular length and am 5’4. Wayyy too short

Thank you 🙏🏼 I’m 5’6 so this probably will be an issue for me too

I don’t know if it’s just me but I do not like the Renoir top. It doesn’t give any structure at all. Adds 5 pounds to my upper body and I am like an xxs. I returned it. :/

I think you should get the tall inseam at 5'6 for sweatpants tbh. I've never had mine shrink because I wash cold and hang to dry, but they are the exact right length for me at 5'4

We like a lot of the same things. No comments on the cozy fleece and those colours look really cool IRL. I love my script too too but not sure you need two... I recommend the interlock Barclay if you don't have that already. Super flattering shape. The interlock has a hem that is not sewn down around the neck and it drives me crazy.
I tried the small in the linen balloon pants today and they were very comfy but was a bit shapeless on me. It was giving me homeless Aladdin vibes. The cotton whisk top I tried on the pink and it was short on me. It's short on the model too I suppose but I am big chested and it felt even shorter.

I would skip the soloist sweater, it’s hard to wear a bra with, hard to launder, and it looks very 2021 to me personally

Honestly don't get the balloon pant trend - I feel like this isn't flattering
