Media Buried City Town Hall is Cracked

Post image

Dropped with a Hairpin, some ammo and heals, the rest was all from the key. Absolutely feels like a purple key to me. Oh and this was just a normal day raid.

It is probably the best key room in the game. Going in there with a hairpin was definitely a balsy move.

Was lucky enough to get a door blocker and a couple traps to put at the door from inside. Had one person try to push but they did not do so well against the tempest I pulled.

Room 208 will give it a run for the money.

havent got any of the decent riven tides keys. I hope it does

Personally I find looting spots and keys of Riven Tide to be not great.

Farming Arc and going to the river bed for food is what I go there for.

Stacking yard is sooo good for weapon attachments and springs though 😭

It used to be, pre expedition I found great stuff there but it’s mostly green attachments lately. I swear I found two KC in one day raid from those drawers pre-reset and not one since.

Can confirm that room(s) is INSANE

Why keep your hairpin? Use your best guns to fight your way out

Harpin is underrated bro.

You’re telling me that you’d rather have a hairpin to defend your 120k than a bobcat or Vulcano?

It does not matter how good the weapon if you are bad at it, play your strengths

If you're great with hairpin, absolutely yes

Unironically this.

I find any state below a Lvl VI Volcano with full attachments to be dangerously sluggish and inefficient. So I kinda relate. It just throws me off too badly. Ironically, Il Toro and Anvil play pretty well at Lvl I and I hear the Tempest does too.

It’s all about what you find good for you. Some people swear by the renegade, I can’t hit the broad side of a barn with it. Some people hate the osprey, I tend to click heads with it. Each to their own I guess.

How's the harpin any good? Not being critical, just actually wanna know. Even a ferro is way in my experience. Only used the harpin once or twice, never pick them up since.

Nothing else worth dropping it for tbh. I did have to drop a guy who tried to push me but the tempest did just fine for that. If I heard more I would probably have swapped what was on my person. I also really enjoy having a suppressed weapon to keep arc/cameras from giving me away.

its honestly not bad for going to keyrooms because youre gonna probably find better guns and once youre full you can just drop the hairpin without caring

Good for you.. I wasted my key. Was going in on a night raid, a bastion right outside the door, a firefly already locked onto me. No problem, ill just open the door and get in.. the two shredders on the other side of the door said nope. Bastion also locks on and I get immediately downed and knocked out within 3 seconds..

Rough... Rip

A couple of weeks ago I went in on a night raid, use the key head inside. Immediately saw blue glow from a turrent, see pops zooming back and forth, maybe even a fire ball. Lastly was the shredder that saddled up next to me. Needless to say I was downed immediately after. The real icing on the cake was the extract point extract point right there ended up being closed.

Do you not keep keys in your safe pocket?..

10

u/ImprintVector 10h ago

I think they are saying they used their key right before dying

12

u/iEatFalseMorels 12h ago

It feels like I don’t even find keys anymore

9

u/ImprintVector 11h ago

they do feel quite a bit more rare this season. Honestly its a welcome change. I was sick of bringing keys into a raid only for them to already be opened.

I was just telling my buddy the same thing, then I found three keys in one of the red apartments on dam. One was a pink key for Riven I've never heard of. A secure storage key.

Thats a good room top floor port authority building but bring some grenades and a decent heavy weapon, lots of snipes on Riven lately

I feel like I’ve gotten more keys since the last expedition than ever before.

u/Working_Dragon00777 12h ago

Too many rats there

8

u/ImprintVector 11h ago

thats why I opted for a cheap loadout to get me in the door. Figured anything I could stuff in my ass would be a plus. ended up extracting

4

u/skinnycarlo 11h ago

Was there a vintage watch that you smuggled up out your ass?

1

u/ImprintVector 10h ago

not this time

4

u/TemporaryViolinist18 9h ago

My anxiety makes it hard to take a key in 😅

3

u/Bumblingbee1337 11h ago

Prlly my favorite key room. Always seems to have good RNG

3

u/ImprintVector 11h ago

between this and the other three pink keys it definitely seems the best

3

u/Daniel4592 11h ago

I think on average dam control has better rng but those two are easily the best keys. Archives is pretty good now too

2

u/ImprintVector 10h ago

stella archives on night raid is the absolute best key in the game. too bad I've only seen one this season

6

u/frankfromQc 12h ago

Damn that's not what I got two days ago during a night raid.

I only got blue guns and one purple trinket (snow globe).

No blueprint either.

3

u/JSevatar 12h ago

Damn on a night raid too? RNG was not kind

1

u/ImprintVector 11h ago

damn thats some bad luck right there

1

u/hendric_swills 11h ago

I’ve had the same experience 2/3 times

2

u/Whole_Scallion_9571 10h ago

Just like every keycard it’s just good rng. My boys and I went in during a night raid and all that was there (yes ofc we checked absolutely everywhere we know the building) was a torrente 2, other stuff was just some basic sellables and some basic healing items, total waste of a keycard sadly AND ON A NIGHT RAID TOO

u/ImprintVector 10h ago

Jokes on you I defended myself AND extracted

2

u/Mgroppi83 10h ago

🤣
So the meme usually has text with the first astronaut saying something. "Omg! Town hall has the best loot!." Second astronaut with the gun "Always has been."

2

u/ImprintVector 9h ago

Ah shit guess I showed how much of an unc I am

3

u/Mgroppi83 9h ago

You're good. I dont get alot of what I see online anymore.

1

u/enterrawolfe 1h ago

Ain’t that the truth

5

u/Agreeable_Word_8270 12h ago

Always leave there with pink stuff. Especially during hurricane

6

u/ImprintVector 11h ago

doing key runs on hurricane is underrated. So many people only hunt the caches and leave everything else untouched

1

u/DMercenary 9h ago

yeah after the patch that upped the locked room value, I've never had a bad key room.

1

u/External-Broccoli955 9h ago

And the hatch right outside makes it an easy escape

1

u/Arezolth 7h ago

I hadn’t played in several months but definitely seems like they buffed the key rooms, I’ve done 2 town halls on night raid past few days and yeah came out with some crazy loot, level 2-3 bobcats tempests and vulcanos bps all sorts of shit, only thing that sucks is apparently a shredder can spawn in there now 🤣

u/O_Geee 5h ago

Went to Town Hall yesterday during Hurricane. Was sooo disappointing

An Osprey, a Renegade, some attachments and the only (!) pink item was a vita sprey

Went to all containers again just to make sure I didn't miss anything. I was like "This is it!?"

Was furious to waste a key like that

1

u/NoMercyHawk 3h ago

That and dam control tower my 2 favorite to loot

1

u/Skankator 1h ago

Meanwhile me and the boys did this room in a night raid yesterday and got a torrente 2, and a 12 durability berreta 1….
