Not sure how helpful this is but Colby released decisions on March 20th last year, so it'll probably be a bit later than that this year, given their ~10% applications increase?

Not OP, but I think I heard some people saying that the CSS Profile says the date of notification is March 15th. Not too sure how conclusive that is, though. Hope this helps!
