here’s what i’ve found out: from a reply on their twitter, they said it will come out the week of 12/14, so Monday or Tuesday. In past years they always post it between 4-5 central time.
edit: another thing, the css profile has an award date of 12/15 and last year css profile had this date as the same as the decision date
