To the person who decided to gather nudes of a vegan and asked people if they wanted to see them,
PLEASE do NOT gather random people's photos, its indecent and just straight up wrong. Cmon guys, yall are better than that

So the main issue is that it's common for a vegan to say eating meat is wrong, but they never seem to say by what standard. And what I mean by that is not their reasoning-their reasoning could be airtight and that still not answer the question-, rather how something can be right or wrong? To make the claim something is right or something is wrong is to make a objective moral claim-do note alot of people may be subjectivists & still say something is wrong since that's their opinion-, an objective moral claim requires an objective moral standard, where do vegans find this moral standard? They simply cant point out one, ive never seen a good standard for objective morality. So challenge a vegan to prove an objective morality since they are making an objective moral claim.
Even bigger of a issue is even if it's granted that veganism is right-meaning eating meat is wrong-, it still cant justify why I ought not eat meat. They may make a logical argument that resembles something like this
Premise 1: Eating meat is bad
Conclusion: One ought not eat meat
But wait a second, let's examine that conclusion. It is a non-sequitur, the word ought isnt even found in his premises, how in the hell did he come to that conclusion? This is known as the is-ought problem, you cant derive an ought from an is statement.
Now they could add a second premise
Premise 2: One ought not do bad things
Well this bypasses the is-ought distinction but what's the justification for premise 2? You fall into the same issue of trying to prove an ought from an is! Although it should be noted my view leads to a sort of nihilistic like belief, and I fully accept that.

I notice the wiki just has reference to a few wikipedia quotes in section 5: Utlitarianism/Speciesism.
Maybe it's just the deranged element on reddit but some vegans try to argue predation in general is unethical and we must force-feed wild carnivores like lions soy. Obviously trying to implement this would destroy the natural food web and ecosystem. Is it worth adding a section pointing out how stupid it is to claim trophic levels are immoral?

This seems to be vegans' new favorite argument against me. Every time I say vegans are inconsistent on X or tend to do Y, I get a steady stream of galaxy brains telling me "you can't say all vegans do that!" I never did, but the idea that you can't criticize a group unless it applies to every single person in that group is so odd, especially because I know these people turn around & talk shit with things like "carnists are always so dumb & bacon-obsessed." Also, if I say that vegans tend to make dishonest arguments & then every single critic spouts the same lie, that doesn't seem to help their case.
Edit: Speaking of bad discourse, since I made this thread, someone on a subreddit for bad memes admitted to being antivegan, & the comments were just a nonstop wall of "how dare you judge people for their dietary choices!" Like...have these people ever encountered a vegan, & if not, how did they manage that?

Careful giving any information to vegans they will just add it to their mental gymnastics arsenal. I know this from years ago how vegans keep changing things. They also like to jump between "it's okay to be unnatural" to "you have to be natural," argument just to suit their narrative.

Every time I take breaks from Reddit and from reading this subreddit I get sucked back into being vegan. I don't know how it happens--maybe just habit from being plant-based for so many years--but I always end up making my meals mostly vegan when I'm not browsing this subreddit and being reminded of how horrible I felt as a vegan.
I just wanted to say thank you for everyone in this community because this was the first place I discovered when I started transitioning away from veganism. You guys have helped more people than you know and I just want to say thanks for saving me from a cult that almost killed me.
God bless all of you and I hope you are well.

Why? For starters I'm not creative, but it fits their veggie shit agenda and "living vegetables" are people with no brain activity. So that's a plus.

If we maintain the growth, Antivegan will be at about 7,000 subs by 2020. The numbers don't lie, people are sick of their shit. I suspect we will be well past 10,000 by the end of the year, there will be surges of growth when we get posted elsewhere on Reddit. The bigger we get, the faster we grow.

This time he is pretending to be another user on this sub. His new username is u/ Superdupersrsfella. If you get a DM from him do not give him any information he is asking for. Down below I will have my messages with him and my reason to believe it is him. I was putting off jumping to conclusions about who this guy actually is, but when the guy he is pretending to be straight up says "this isn't me". I'm pretty comfortable making the accusation.
