is there even a plant source for copper?!

i mean, i love liver and it's the best source for copper mineral (and iron of course). how vegans get copper mineral?!

you know, when i say that liver is good source to Fe & Cu people look at me: "we need copper???"

Copper plays an essential role in photosynthesis. There are trace amounts of copper in basically everything you eat.

Of all the nutrient deficiencies associated with veganism, this is probably the least of their worries.
