Help pen not working

Bought this pen earlier on today. Tried charging it not working at all. Keeps flashing 5 times which is apparently low battery but not working.

is that a rubber seal in the top of it, i've not seen one in person before so not sure if just the design but it looks like it has a rubber stopper at the mouthpiece

It already comes charged, try changing the switch at the bottom and as the other guy said take the rubber piece off at the top ofc if it still doesn't work go back to the shop they will probably give a new one?

Do not use a fast charger, 5w would work

Try using a USB A to USB C cable to charge it.

Did you take out the rubber mouth piece protection? 😅

Try 3 or 4 small puffs maybe its on protection mode

did it ever work? try charging it with a lower powered charger, or just generally another plug/cable to see if that works.

and dumb question but you definitely have it in the ‘on’ position with the switch under the vape?

if you have tried all of that with no luck then you are SOL I am sorry to say

The institution that comes with the pen is worn on the paper, the off and on blinking is swapped. I think it does a slow blink then it’s on, if it’s on it’s draw activated. Hope this helps, o and remove the rubber lid before hitting it. You can put it back ones you pocket it.

I think these are shit devices. Would recommend the q-farms pens with seperate carts for sure!
