Help How to crochet TV edges of Tenna
I'm freehanding Tenna from Deltarune based on a video I've seen, and I'm having trouble figuring it out how to do the edges of his TV screen. I asked them once and while they don't have a written pattern, they said I can either (1) crochet in the round around the edge and slowly decrease around until it's the frame size I like or (2) crochet in sections where crochet it all in the same directions, starting from the bottom.
However, their explanation didn't really make sense to me since they also freehanded their pattern and don't have a written one. So can anyone help me figure this out?

for your first round, you can crochet into the stitches where the white meets the purple to give an anchor to future stitches. (surface crochet)
Here you'll crochet in the round, increasing at your corners. Crochet as many rounds as you need to get the witdth of his TV bezel. This will be the front side.
Now start on the back of the bezel, decreasing in the same way you increased on the front. This will start to create a tube. When you get close to the back sides of his head, stuff the tube.
To finish the bezel/tube, crochet into the head again, wherever you want the back of the bezel to sit.
