Finished Object Base body pattern opinion

Post image

I've been working on improving my doll making and this is the base body structure I'm currently using. I'm aiming for a very professional and high-quality finish because I'd love to start selling them. I would highly appreciate your critique, tips, or any recommendations on proportions, tension, or finishing touches to make it look completely buyable. Thanks for your help

i think the body base is fine, i'd just make the legs a bit longer. your stitching/tension is also okay, so for "sellability" i'd focus on the outfits and details instead. you could also try making them wrong side out, some people (me) prefer it for a smoother finish

I would like to see the legs thinner and longer as well as some additional contouring-shaping in the head/face. That hard line of stitching across the mouth area is a bit “rough” looking. Maybe trying to get those stitches improved/less obvious. Otherwise it looks good to me!

When stuffing, try making the shaping the neck and other parts, the amigurumi still is somewhat "elastic" so u can kinda shape it with stuffing, u can also try sewing some eyelash and white on the face and some blush would make the face look more "alive"
