anyone know wtf to do when amazon wont let you subscribe to prime? its telling me that something on their end went wrong over and over, and i just want to watch the boys. and then i go to their support page to send an email or ticket or anything and that just doesnt work either, where it tells me to select one of 2 options its just plane text and the boxes just dont work.

how can the worlds biggest company have such garbage customer support and customer experience.

as an addon, yes i have checked the balance and yes there is no issue with my card, this is entirely on amazons end and its super frustrating, i swear this is why people pirate theese shows and movies
