Restrain his hands behind his back, immediately dump him on his head. That's just good police work Lou.

The way the officer put the handcuffs on him and the way he tensed up to do it shows you the force he was putting on his wrists to illicit a struggle so they could mess this guy up.

Found another bad apple spoiling the whole bunch. Escalation from the POS cop for not other reason than he could.

The entire orchard is rancid.

When you go through life thinking everyone is guilty............

he could have been muscle/lookout for an actual shoplifter. Even with full video we are missing some context. would you believe he went into the store just to browse and was not with the other guy who set off the doors?

I" usually side vs the cops, and this one looks really bad for there side. but the victim here acts kind of righteous at a few points and that makes me sus. if he really was innocent he would act more like it?

I don't understand, why not just put your hands on the back and ask cops to handcuff right away?

If I was in the US and a LEO hady ANY reason to adress me, I'd just turn around and put hands back for cuffs, then take the conversation from there. Ain't no one gonna pin resisting charges on me, nor slam me to ground while cuffed.

Honestly instead of auditing and going the sovereign citizen route I think that total defeat would speak magnitudes louder to the general population when those bodycams start getting viral.

They'll slam you regardless. If they want to hurt you they will.

Why TF would you put auditors in the same category as sovereign citizens??

Seen plenty of people in handcuffs get slammed on their face, it's just worse you can't even brace yourself

I can see it now. Cop knocks on your door and you open it and put your hands behind your back and get cuffed. Then the robber dressed like a cop pushes you inside and robs you blind.

Honestly the US isn't far from this scenario, seems the $100+k cops make yearly isn't enough. A soon to be side-hustle.

Watch from 1:29 the way the officer puts the handcuffs on him. It's meant to cause pain and cause the person to move away from the pain (natural reaction), giving the police an excuse to dump you on your face while your hands are held behind your back.

Yeah, I get this, seen many of those videos and for sure there are commonly reoccuring strategies to dump a person on the ground.

What I never see that would speak volumes is just total capitulation even before the fact. Total obedience without even questioning the narrative. If you get power-tripped on from that start it is hard to say anything about it. Some of these pumped up officers/deputies might deescalate but some might just pounce, either way the bodycams would be spectacular.

... and then when you get to court they will say you admitted you were guilty and went peacefully.

It doesn't help to "resist" after screaming in court either. Isn't court in the US a pay to win game?
