Only 3 tutorials?

Hi everyone. I started the game and I've noticed some things that aren't explained. You play two or three tutorial maps before reaching the main map, but they don't explain anything about the storm or the weather changes at that point. Are there no more tutorials?

Half the fun is figuring the game out. I’m at a little over 100 hours and still learn something new every so often. Like that if you remove wood cutters during the storm it will reduce your hostility, so sometimes you just have to remove one or two guys from wood chopping instead of sacrificing fuel.
