Only 3 tutorials?

Hi everyone. I started the game and I've noticed some things that aren't explained. You play two or three tutorial maps before reaching the main map, but they don't explain anything about the storm or the weather changes at that point. Are there no more tutorials?

The fact that rainpunk doesn't even exist until you move up to veteran difficulty is a deliberate design choice. IIRC there is a 4th tutorial that is held back until you get there. Which I think is a good thing. Asking a brand new player to absorb the complex matrix of goods AND rainpunk in one go would be too much.
