Only 3 tutorials?

Hi everyone. I started the game and I've noticed some things that aren't explained. You play two or three tutorial maps before reaching the main map, but they don't explain anything about the storm or the weather changes at that point. Are there no more tutorials?

There is no punishment for ‘losing’ a game either, so just try stuff out, refer to encyclopedia or google/reddit or just ask here; community gives excellent tips!
