Only 3 tutorials?

Hi everyone. I started the game and I've noticed some things that aren't explained. You play two or three tutorial maps before reaching the main map, but they don't explain anything about the storm or the weather changes at that point. Are there no more tutorials?

As far as the storms, each year begins with drizzle, then clearance, then storm.

This is definitely the right reddit to ask questions
