Pending payment has not fallen off

Post image

Payment not processed at point of sale April 23 (I didnt have enough in the linked account), processing payment just continues by putting a pending payment out by 30 days. How do I get rid of this?

I had one stay on mine for like a month and a half, then one day I looked and it was all poof? No trace of it, same situation, the card declined but the contract appeared

I had something similar about a year ago and contacted them through the app to let them know it was refunded - then two days later it was updated and gone - it was pending and not finalized like this for almost two months.

I still have one from September 2024. No idea why it hasn’t dropped and neither does affirm. I guess it lives in my account now. The purchase was declined for unknown reasons and has just never dropped off.

Have you contacted them? If not. you should and ask them to stop the billing on this.

This happened to me, they said it automatically falls off within 30 days if the merchant doesn’t confirm it. It did fall off on the 30th day.

Mine was declined because the merchant charges a separate transaction fee so affirm took it as 2 purchases, and I didn’t have my bank account linked.

I had an unused one hold on as well and had to call a rep to have them void it on their side. It took a couple of conversations but they handled it with ease.

Hi! When I used the card on April 23, it declined but the loan appeared. It hasn't fallen off even though it was attempted three weeks ago.

You stressing out for the WRONG reasons!! Money / BANKS / Processing all takes TIME!? Nothing is usually instant, and it could take up to 60 days for the inactive loan to drop off....

That's what you get for making such a reckless large purchase. Who needs to spend $3,000 at ONE time.

it really wasnt reckless, I've done it every year now for 4

Call Affirm directly. I had an issue where the loan balance wasn’t updating but the agent forced it on his end.

It was a pain to get connected to the correct department but he solved it in under 10 minutes

Don't feel bad I returned the item within 1 day, 16 days ago and have yet to receive my refund

30 days is the magic number

I was already approved for an IPhone that I bought. I received my iPhone same day but next day I received an email saying it was denied my loan. So now I have the iPhone and on my Manage plans have the “pending” apple loan. What should I do??

ugh. I had all my affirms nearly paid off--and then I decided to take a summer trip to Europe LOL. I regret it now, but I know I can pay it off pretty quick.
