Received a job offer from Adgeco Group in Abu Dhabi. Is this company legit? Any experiences?

Hi everyone, I recently received a job offer and I'm trying to figure out if it's genuine before I take any further steps.

Here are some details about the offer:

Company name: Adgeco Group
Role offered: Chemical Process Engineer
Contacted via email [[careers.adgecogroup@gmail.com](mailto:careers.adgecogroup@gmail.com)] and asked to fill a basic questionnaire.
Asked to cover my own work permit and visa processing costs which will be reimbursed after I submit valid payment proofs.

They have shared with me MOHRE pre-approval for work permit application.
The compensation offered also seems quite decent.

Some things that made me want to double-check: I hadn't applied anywhere for the role. Recruiter contacted me on my personal email and I honestly don't know how they got it. Secondly, the visa and permit thing is also seeming a bit off.

I have already tried all the conventional methods of verifying the legitimacy like googling and all.
MOHRE website is not working here in India.

Some things about me:
I am 2025 chemical engineering graduate, currently a resident of India with 3 months of experience.

Has anyone dealt with this company or a similar situation? How did you verify the offer?

Hello All,

I am from the U.K. and currently looking for any potential openings that are inline with my skillsets shown in the image. At current I have my own Emirates ID so do not require any sponsorships. I like to categorise my approach with any task carried out within 3 sections.

Can I find a way to do it faster, cheaper or more efficiently? Above everything else, whether I am working in a physical business or service, are identifying gateways of opportunity and areas in which the company could potentially extract more profit.

I believe most businesses today, are not showcasing themselves in the most effective manner. The script of branding and marketing when conveying a message to the public is too formal and generic.

We are not robots and are naturally receptive to a more relaxed conversational tone meaning we buy from what we can familiarise, thus I have found businesses find more success when changing visual, written and audio based messaging to a less formal/humorous tone when marketing to their respective customers.

Common approach: (be honest, how many times do you see headlines like this?)
Instagram caption/Facebook ad headline/ Google search headline

"Whiten your teeth today with our FDA approved, at-home peroxide free strips for only 99aed"

My approach:

“Stop risking your pearly yellows on viral hacks — go dental-approved, with enamel-safe whitening that actually works without sensitivity.”

or

"Dubai's #1 Teeth Whitening Strips (independent research conducted entirely by our Careem driver)."

My thought process is very methodical and structured due to mild OCD, I feel uneasy unless a task is completed to the best standard.

Apart from the above I have a very good sense of humour and get along well with most people I meet, most importantly always giving respect first and expecting the same back within any exchange.

Looking for my next job in the UAE and im losing hope.

I've been jobless since mid-February and honestly, the search has been exhausting.

I'm a software engineer looking for frontend, backend, or full-stack roles in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. At this point, I'm also open to entry-level positions if it helps me get my foot in the door.

Over the past few months, I've continued building and deploying full-stack applications, improving my portfolio, and adding real projects to my CV. I thought having deployed projects and practical experience would help, but I'm still struggling to find opportunities.

One of the most frustrating experiences was with a company that scheduled an interview with me twice and then ghosted me both times. They never joined either meeting and never followed up.

I know the market is competitive, and I'm not expecting anything to be handed to me. I just feel stuck. I've been consistently applying, improving my skills, building projects, and trying to stay productive, but the responses have been very limited.

If anyone knows of frontend, backend, or full-stack openings in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, I'd genuinely appreciate any leads, referrals, or advice.
