id honestly really love to see AP courses that expand upon basic bio and chem, i mean we have 4 physics courses (which i am not complaining about whatsoever) but we need more bio and chem rep
we really have 2 physics courses (algebra and calculus based) split up into 2 semesters; you wouldn't say we have 2 ap bio and 2 ap chem courses just because they cover 2 semesters
cmech lacks fluids but has a few extra topics like linear mass density compared to 1, and e&m lacks thermo, optics, and quantam (featured on the mcat, for example) in favor of depth in electromagnetism topics compared to 2.
if they contained the same material with the only difference being algebra or calculus, i would have said "we really have 1 physics course taught in 2 ways (algebra and calculus)"
