hi everyone

in the past 10 days i have gotten 2 temp bans on my account, first for 3 days then almost immideately for 7 days. the reason given was using v’olent language. neither of my comments were personal/individual threats or directed to any spesific group and they were not encouraging violent behavior or even calling for any sort of action. they were simply observations of the world we live in. while i cannot know/prove the reason behind these bans, i do find it very suspicious that my first bans (after using reddit for ~10 yrs) came immideately after making my sub, r/HelpAllChildren, which i made spesifically to allow healthy & productive discussion about large-scale tr@fficking r’ngs. r/Epstein loves to (auto)remove my posts & is obviously compromised and the whole purpose of that sub is to create a l!mited hang0ut. as we all know any Epstein related discussion is heavily regulated on Reddit. i’d encourage everyone to think about how much longer they want to continue using this site & supporting the company and their investors.

TIPS FOR SEARCHING FILES

Here are some keywords to search on https://www.justice.gov/epstein

- to find information submitted by people to the FBI search ”NTOC” (FBI National Threat Operations Center), ”human source” ”tip(s)” ”tipline” ”50D-NY-3027571”

- ”situational awareness” ”for your situational awareness only” ”FYSA”

- any number series in the files, for example investigation number, see my post on the FBI powerpoint to find investigation numbers. there are also other number series stamped on the files.

- search surrounding files by changing the last number on any number series (for example, EFTA0001234X)

- try searching misspellings. for example, many jmails have important names misspelled either to prevent blanket searches or bcs JE couldnt write properly.

- search for lists of companies/entities JE made donations to. JE was not a philantrophist, every single cent he spent he got something in return.

- the critical organisations JE was or claimed to be a part of. ex: ”trilateral commission” ”wexner foundation” ”mega group”

- look into the critical players that enabled JE’s day-to-day operations: lawyers, accountants, pilots, property managers, assistants, investors/money sources, people with whom the DOJ made a deal with. HOW TO GET TO THE TRUTH

The truth always lies somewhere in the cross-section of all sources. When the perpetrators lie, they always base their lies on a small amount of truth. News sources have their own biases & interests but most dont lie by making stuff up, just by leaving stuff out and leading you to the wrong conclusions. like that NYT ”expose” that dismissed all evidence of a global trafficking operation as ”conspiracy theory jargon”. the best articles regarding this case come from independent internet sleuths, not legacy news.

identify the roles needed in running this kind of global operation. these will be individuals and/or entities. follow the money.

most importantly: LISTEN TO THE VICTIMS & SURVIVORS. they are the only ones that will tell you the whole truth. especially pay attention to victims that have been censored, suprressed, threatened, silenced.

understand what is a source, what is a claim, what is evidence. you will have to evalueate each one separately to understand the full picture. what are explicit & implicit biases, what are common logical fallacies. understand your own biases through metacognition. what you will find out when researching this case will break any illusion you still hold of the world currently being good, or government entities having your best interests in mind, or private megacorporations being good for the well-being of humanity, or the leaders that decide how you live being moral actors. or that ”western” values are morally superior or good for humanity. or that ”westeners” have somehow risen above our history of colonization, gen0c!de, murder & rape of ch!ldren, or any atrocity we’ve learned from reading history. our current world has been & is shaped by these amoral/immoral actors and they are continuing to consolidate power to (financially/emotionally/spiritually/physically) enslave the rest of us. so they can continue to live in luxury we cannot even imagine, act outside laws & morals and literally r@pe&murder ch/ldren and those they deem not of ”proper blood”.

oh and every LLM (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc) built by corporations for consumers lies & censors & misleads. this makes them functionally unusable when looking into spesific people/entities/events. they can however be used to understand large scale patterns & functions. just override the censorship by presenting your theory as non-spesific (no real names), a hypothetical scenario, a fictional story youre writing, but make sure to direct your AI to always only refer to real life possibilities & facts & science. you can say things like: im examining ”area of science (political theory, sociology, etc)”, and want to explore theoretical subjects only. and always double check claims & sources.

oh and please stop using Google as a search engine. the easiest switch is to DuckDuckGo even though it has it’s own problems. r/degoogle

EU citizens have legal rights to challenge wrongful bans. US citizens almost never do.

If wrongfully banned, an EU citizen has a legal pathway to challenge it. A US citizen has almost none.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

**United States**

The First Amendment protects speech from government censorship only. Private companies like Reddit can ban you for any reason that doesn’t violate anti-discrimination laws (Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, which covers race, religion, sex, national origin).

In practice: _If Reddit bans you for your political views, controversial opinions, or even by mistake, you have no constitutional protection._ Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act (1996) explicitly protects platforms from liability for content moderation decisions.

Recent state attempts failed: Texas HB 20 and Florida SB 7072 (both 2021) tried to prevent platforms from banning users based on viewpoint. Federal courts blocked both laws as unconstitutional violations of the platforms’ own First Amendment rights.

**European Union**

The Digital Services Act (Regulation 2022/2065, effective February 2024) creates specific rights:

Article 17: Platforms must provide clear reasoning for content removal or account restrictions

Article 20: Right to internal appeal within the platform

Article 21: Right to out-of-court dispute settlement through certified bodies

You can challenge bans through:

- Platform internal appeals (mandatory under DSA Article 20)

- Certified dispute resolution bodies (DSA Article 21)

- National Digital Services Coordinators (each country has one under DSA Article 49)

**How this affects speech in practice:**

_USA scenario:_

Reddit bans you for posting criticism of a pharmaceutical company. You believe it was wrongful. Your options: Ask Reddit nicely to reconsider. That’s it.

_EU scenario:_

Same ban. Your options: File internal appeal citing DSA Article 20. If rejected, escalate to certified mediator. If still unresolved, complaint to your national coordinator. Reddit must justify the ban with specific rule violations.

**Other EU protections:**

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation 2016/679) gives you:

- Right to access all data Reddit holds about you (Article 15)

- Right to explanation of automated decisions, including AI moderation (Article 22)

The EU Charter of Fundamental Rights (Article 11) protects freedom of expression, though this applies to government action primarily.

**Country-specific additions:**

**Germany:** Network Enforcement Act (NetzDG, 2017) requires platforms to have complaint systems for illegal content decisions and respond within 24 hours for clearly illegal content, 7 days for others.

**France:** Law Against Online Hate Speech (Avia Law, 2020, partially struck down) attempted stronger requirements but was limited by Constitutional Council.

**Ireland:** Hosts Reddit’s EU headquarters, so Irish Digital Services Commissioner has jurisdiction over Reddit for EU users.

**The speech limitation reality:**

**USA:** Private platforms function as unaccountable speech regulators. Since most online discussion happens on private platforms (Reddit, Facebook, Twitter/X, YouTube), and these platforms can ban at will, practical free speech is significantly limited despite strong constitutional protections against government censorship.

**EU:** The DSA doesn’t prevent platforms from banning users, but requires transparency and accountability. You still can’t force Reddit to host your speech, but you can demand fair process and challenge arbitrary decisions.

**Neither system provides unlimited speech:**

Both EU and USA citizens can be legally banned for:

- Actual illegal content (threats, child exploitation, fraud)

- Violating platform terms of service

- Spam or harassment

The difference is procedural rights and recourse, not absolute speech protection.

**Other Countries**

**UK** - Has its own Online Safety Act (2023), but it focuses primarily on illegal content and child safety rather than giving users strong rights to challenge bans. You can complain to Ofcom (the regulator), but they’re unlikely to intervene in individual moderation decisions.

**Switzerland, Norway, Iceland** - No specific social media regulation comparable to the DSA. Standard consumer protection laws apply, but they don’t give you meaningful recourse for wrongful bans.

**Other European countries** - Generally no specific laws protecting users from platform bans. You’re reliant on Reddit’s internal processes.

**Australia** - The eSafety Commissioner handles some online safety complaints, but not general content moderation disputes. Limited practical recourse.

**Canada** - No specific right to challenge platform bans. Proposed Online Harms Act hasn’t been finalized. You’re stuck with Reddit’s internal appeals.

**Brazil** - Has internet civil rights framework (Marco Civil), but enforcement against foreign platforms for individual bans is weak.

historically in the US major changes include

• ⁠multiple choice tests (you dont actually learn how to do things just memorize indvidual facts)

• ⁠defunding & privatising schools = segregation

• ⁠corporations running schools / education systems (this is an oxymoron, a private company must make money for it’s shareholders = no motivation to provide factual & beneficial education)

• ⁠devaluing humanities (social studies [fun fact in my language this is called yhteiskuntaoppi ’doctrine of society’ which is more accurate] history, psychology, arts, languages, philosophy etc)

• ⁠switching away from phonics -> people can’t spell (whole language movement 80s-90s, look-say method 30s-50s)

• ⁠no child left behind act 2001 + defunding & privatising schools -> kids get passed through grades even though they havent learned anything

• ⁠cutting from special education (no support for those who need it, they get left behind)

• ⁠throwing money at programs that dont work (ex. head start)

• ⁠overall attitude towards devaluing education (why do right wing politicians tell you further education is not important but their kids always go to top universities?)

• ⁠private universities (obviously) & the admission system essentially being if ur from a rich family we like you (poor kids cant do volunteering and extracurriculars they have to work or take care of their little siblings) (if ur poor just give your life to the military well give you schooling and a job)

• ⁠not paying teachers (obviously)

• ⁠the billionares & companies (entities) funding politicians, they don’t want you smart and awake

most importantly: DO NOT LET AI DO YOUR THINKING FOR YOU. IT WILL LITERALLY ROT YOUR BRAIN. the brain needs constant stimulation & excercise to think clearly and wisely. AI causes brain rot = cognitive athropy (decline) = when you dont use your brain you slowly lose the ability to think. this is why AI slop is called brainrot. use AI as a tool not a replacement.
