Jobs hiring reading Ohio

I am currently out on bond. I have pending charges. I have applied everywhere that is hiring and I get turned down no matter what. I understand company’s want long term employed. I served in the marine corps for 4 years and have a great work ethic. Does anyone know any jobs that hire people with pending charges. I am in the reading Ohio area. Thank you

Well I've done just about everything electric, hvac, framing, wetsaw, roofing , security systems, sprinklers, painting , drywall like pretty much anything. I live 10 minutes away own my own car and im really REALLY smart.
