Hey guys, a bit bored this early of the day (it is for me), so I figured it'd visit reddit and make an AMA. so shoot the questions away, I'll most likely answer some tonight and tomorrow night as I am also streaming tomorrow with 1 or 2 other smasher (Shameful advertissement ;L).

I'm pretty open with the questions, but just not ridiculous questions please (PLEASEEE).

Also I will pick the best question IMO and give the winner something later on (like custom stickers that I've been making or pins).

Edit: I will instead answer tomorrow at 7 AM EST when I wake up. I will stop taking questions around 7 am EST.

Off topic but I hate when people answer puff to this question. Let me clarify. Puff is terrible and needs to be majorly buffed to be viable. But do really want jigglypuff to be a viable character, having to fight viable jigglypuffs in tournament? No offense to hbox who is my third favorite player to spectate but playing against puff in melee is really goddamn annoying and I wouldn't want that for smash 4 ever. If they have to buff puff, buff offensive capabilities and combo potential, not defensive abilities. I know I'm not ally but if any character could be viable I would pick Roy, simply because I could see him being fun to fight. Just my thoughts though, I'm a nobody and I guaruntee nobody here knows me unless they are super active in anther's chat or the toon link discord

I get your point but it's not entirely accurate. Think about Sheik. In Melee she's arguably one of the most hated characters, (probably 3rd behind ICs and Jiggs) but in smash 4, she's pretty much in the same spot on the tier list, but post patch she's considered one of the most "honest" characters, and most people don't have qualms with fighting a Sheik.

But jigglypuff is a time-out character, she's like an aerial version of sonic.

Sonic doesn't spend that much time on the ground though, he's fairly aerial based I'd say

I meant he used his ground speed for time-outs while jigglypuff uses it's airspeed.

Generally puff isn't liked from a spectators point of view (besides angrybox at sandstorm and clutchbox at evo 2016) which is true. From what I've seen though, people generally don't mind playing against her too much (probably because the most common character in the game is her worst MU)

Most people who've outright told me they hate the MU don't actively practice vs puff and don't know how to beat her. Those who do practice and know what to do generally have a better time playing, but it looks campy and boring to a spectator.

At a top level people who don't like puff are still usually good against her because they have to be to be able to compete at a top level with harder puffs.

However, because of how much harder punishing is in smash 4 a melee puff in smash 4 (even with no wavedashing etc.) would be so broken without characters who are as fast and as strong and who can camp as well as melee fox. And Rosalina vs viable jigglypuff? Fox's smash 4 lasers are weaker and can't be AC'd and he can't up throw up air.
