Pulled my first god pack off mega dream japanese!

Me and my best friend of 30 years have been saving up packs since September and finally ripped tonight(around 300 packs.) Well….we went crazy. In my first 20 packs I pulled the Mega Charizard EX SIR out out Phantasmal and then pulled Umbreon out of a Prismatic booster bundle….I was losing my shit. My friend wasn’t pulling anything at first and I felt kind of bad until he pulled a Demi God pack out of Prismatic….then to top it off on his last bundle of Black Bolt he pulled the Zekrom (his top chase). We’ve been collecting forever and this was by far our craziest run yet. Just wanted to show off a little and show you guys the pulls!

Heard Dicks sporting goods had packs. For the heck of it my gal and I went. Opened 4 packs in the car and pulled full art mega Charizard.

$40 for a mystery slab. Grades could be as low as a 7, as high as a 10. Value could be as low as $10 or as high as $400. I’ll take what I got!

Hey guys! So I’m a longtime yugioh player (never played Pokemon tcg though I bought cards as a kid) but have stopped playing the game because I haven’t really been enjoying the changes the last few years and a bunch of my irl friends got into TCGPocket so I followed them and enjoyed the game but eventually wanted to try out the full format game on tcg online and fell IN LOVE with it! So much so that I ordered my first irl deck today and plan to start entering local tournaments starting next week.

Anyway since I’ve been on a Pokemon crazy my social media timeline is filled with people pulling rare cards from booster packs which inspired me today on my lunch break to go to the nearest card shop and buy a booster pack.

I choose the latest booster pack because Charizard is my favorite pokemon and I know that mega Charizard will stay when the rotation hits in April and boom he was there near the end of the pack!!!

I won’t sell this card because like I said I love Charizard but I guess it’s time to get it graded (don’t really know how that’s done but I’ll google it)

Visiting Singapore and stopped at the Pokémon centre. Picked up a few things, since I was feeling real lucky. Safe to say I assumed wrong. Sticking to singles for another year… buyers remorse hitting.

Ripped my first AH pack about a week ago, pulled my chase in under 20 packs. Haven’t been this excited since the Mewtwo from DR and Lugia from ST pulls.

Found this in a 20$ goodwill auction. I was blown away by how cool it was and how great the condition is to this day. One of my favorite cards I’ve added to my personal collection!!!

from what I saw on the internet they were worth more than the pack is that normal? shouldnt I lose money on packs overall? Espeon is in good shape too (I think)

I found one ascended heroes mini tin today. And based on this sample size, I can confirm that the Pikachu ones have all the hits. Use this info to your advantage.

Got my first job in 2015. Decided I would buy some of the old cards I missed out as a kid. I bought them online from reputable sources. They came in great condition but not a 10 unless specified. Little did I know their value would skyrocket. Lol
