There's this beer in Belgium, really cheap and not that bad which would be absolutely perfect for Americans. It's called "Freedom".

I don't know why it's not exported to the US. It would be a huge hit!

America doesn't import freedom, they export it.

Are you kidding me, give a man and a woman her gun she is fine.

Give him a truck he flips out. Truck drivers are known for two things.

Wreckless driving and good massages.

Looked it up, and it's crazy expensive.Right now Freedom costs $51.36/barrel.

Best used salesman, perhaps?

In the form of Cluster Bombs.

They could do with importing some freedom and democracy though

Needs more bald eagles, and militia men on the label. Would sell like hot cakes.

u/FantaToTheKnees Dec 06 '16

Could be part of the "rebranding" when they export it!

1

u/[deleted] Dec 06 '16

By mistake they'll put redcoats on the lable and then wonder why isn't it selling.

Am American. Some of these dumbfucks would STILL drink it. And then marvel at how American it is.

That reminds of when Budwiser had their American Ale out years ago. I don't remember if this was before or after the company was bought out though.

Murica!

They made their beer have the word "America" on the label this summer.

I don't know, Belgium beat team freedom in the world cup.

u/BernedoutGoingTrump Dec 06 '16

Fuck it. Ill start importing it. I need a new business idea. Thanks

technically most of the "American piss beers" are already owned by Belgians....

Looks like one of those fake food items they have on sitcoms. I bet it'd go well with a bag of Let's potato chips.

Is that the Jupiler typefont?

3

u/FantaToTheKnees Dec 06 '16

According to urban legend it's apparently watered down or left-over Jupiler, because it comes from the same brewery or something. So yeah it's the same theme as Jupiler.

u/phenomhaze Dec 06 '16

But then again, people say this about all cheap beers.

1

u/phenomhaze Dec 06 '16

Fellow Belgian here. Never found Freedom Pils in any store. In terms of cheap beer i prefer Kaiser.

On the topic of Stella, it's a normal pils here, even though i prefer others.

1

u/FantaToTheKnees Dec 06 '16

We get it in our local "bierhal" or drinkcenter. Only available in glass bottles of 25cl(x24), never seen it at a regular store as well.

1

u/phenomhaze Dec 06 '16

Probably in certain areas only, as i think i have only seen people from the Kempen drink it.

1

u/FantaToTheKnees Dec 06 '16

Probably; #KempenRepresent

This past summer, another Belgian company, Budweiser, renamed their beer "America" for the Olympics and sales dropped.

What does Belgium beer taste like? Like the waffle mix Belgium enterprises.
