suspected endo?

alright so i’m going to give a quick rundown !! some advice / stories of similar symptoms would be nice !!

back in september ‘25, i got the nexplanon implant. i had it until january ‘26. i bled the entire friggin time.
well, in december, pain started. deep aching stabbing pain on my right ovary. it would be every other week on the dot. radiating pain down the thighs. at the same time, bladder issues arose but no bladder infection / uti.
i’ve been in the er 3 times over this pain and they found nothing.

well, it’s progressed. moved to my left side, then to my lower back and legs. or sometimes it’ll just be the one side and back/legs, or just back/legs. to the point to where i vomited because of how bad the pain was.

with my back/leg pain, my legs felt hot and itchy. so nerve, right?
well so, my gyno has been a real one. trying to find solutions, she suspects endometriosis. i have a surgery scheduled for monday june 1st.

i’ve noticed with the flareups i get nauseous, bloated and crampy. my most recent flare up lasted a month, was gone for about two weeks cause i took steroids, and now i can tell im starting another flare up.

does this sound like endometriosis? could it really effect this much?

Yeah this def sounds like it could be endo based on everything my dr told me. Sounds like the endo tissue may be building on your left ovary and on that part of the bladder close to it. If you can afford to I think that surgery is your best bet just to confirm. I will say I had some similar issues and they found endo on me.
