What BR song do you associate with a particular time, event or moment in your life ?

For me, Stuck a never is a Christmas song. Always bring me back to Christmas time around 2011 2012 where I was highly depressed and would listen to it none stop. Now every time I hear the song I think of Christmas time and I still adore the song.

Such a great album. Wish I had been lucky enough to have been at the show they played a few years ago where they came out and did a surprise second set where they played the album start to finish. Dream scenario right there.

Vocal Harmonies for Man With A Mission

I did the harmonies for Generator a month or so back. There was a reverberating chorus that anyone could hear (okay, two maybe three people) asking for more. So here is Man With A Mission, the fifth track off of Recipe For Hate.

Somehow I hadn't come across this video before of Graffin treating us not only to a sombre, piano-accompanied crooning verse and chorus from "You Give Up", but following it up with a full-band version of "It's Only Over When..." topped off with a solo on his JUNO synthesiser... (4-min mark).

My GF at the time got me this over 20 years ago off of eBay. I’m about to display it properly and was wondering if anyone could verify if it’s real

Inspired in part by the band and not spam: A progressive comic that shines a light on the horrors of "Bad" Religion. Issue #1 is available for free at www.mirrorimages.info

MIRROR IMAGES #1: THE BEGINNING OF SORROWS

GENRE**: DARK SATIRE**

SYNOPSIS

The world is dying from extreme climate events as THE ARCHANGELS OF THE APOCALYPSE begin their reign of terror and the RIGHT NEWS NETWORK spins the news. Across the world, ‘mirror image’ twins EMERSON and PALMER TARKUS are recognized for their invention of a new material named CARBONSTONE and meet the lovely GRACE STOUT, a Vice President at UNI-VS CORP, who has some questions about their new ‘fusion power’ idea…

The HIGH CHOIR OF FIAT LUX (Latin for ‘Let There Be Light’), meet to plot the first prophecy within the Codex of Enoch: THE BEGINNING OF SORROWS. Later, a reluctant physician is reborn as RAPHAEL when he is horrifically initiated into the motley group of Archangels in the first issue of this groundbreaking new series.

CREDITS

Written by STONEWALL COOPER. Cover by ALAN QHAH. Interior Art by GERMAN PONCE. Colors by ANGELA CONSOL. Letters by MARIN LEON.

It is wild to me that "What Can You Do?" is so overlooked

Suffer is an all-timer and it has a bunch of great songs, but "What Can You Do?" is by far the catchiest song in the album and it has the type of melodic rockn'roll vibe that it could've been a radio hit.

But it doesn't seem to get talked about very often by fans, or even played by the band very often. How do you feel about "What Can You Do?"

Anyone know anywhere that has a copy that isn't $250+? I don't even care if it's bootlegged.

I was in NJ this weekend, getting this awesome Bad Religion Delirium of Disorder flash tattoo at Anchors Aweigh with Bryan Kienlen of The Bouncing Souls. This is one of, if not my favorite tattoo.

I love this flash sheet from Jared Gaines, my favorite song off Suffer and Bryan is an amazing human and fucking awesome tattoo artist. Get to his shop, it’s definitely worth it for the experience.

hardcore at the Irving Plaza eras shows

I am sure a good number of you attended those shows that BR did in NYC around 10 years ago, 3 shows in total dividing the catalog in eras

the main reason I ask is, I seem to remember the band playing a significantly heavier version of Generator, and by heavy I mean that they played the outro to a speed where it almost became a hardcore breakdown (those who fw hardcore would know)

it almost seemed like a love letter to New York hardcore . Did I imagine this or did it actually happen?

Can anyone recommend me any bands that have a similar style like that of How Could Hell Be Any Worse? It is my favorite album.

"The Handshake" is one of my favorite songs of all time, so I made my own re-interpretation of it.

I'm a singer/songwriter and producer and I've been releasing re-interpretations of some of my most favorite songs throughout my life from time to time.

I'm also a huge Bad Religion fan (I was a teenager in LA in the 90s, so it's basically the law).

I've considered getting the bridge of this song tattooed on myself several times but it's just too many words. Anyway. It's been one of those songs that I've pondered for years, that's helped me through tough times, that's helped me understand how to be a collaborative member of society but also still have a line, and to deal with my grief and frustration about how some people will abuse and exploit your trust - and that's on THEM!

It's a bit of a deep cut but I thought maybe this sub might appreciate it. :)

Fun interaction (new fan?)

On my drive to work this morning I had the windows down and pulled up to a red light just as Watch It Die came on. I was in the right lane and looked to my left to see a boy, maybe 8 or 10, looking at me/listening to the music. He did the 'sup' head nod, which I returned in kind. Not long after, the light turned green. The truck the boy was in took a bit to get to speed and I merged into the left lane to make my turn for work. As I was looking in my rear view mirror I noticed the boy follow my car with his head, and honestly that's the coolest I have felt in some time, lol. I hope he heard enough of the lyrics to be able to find the song. Don't know just thought you all would get a kick out of the story.
