Welp, with that warning from Hawks, it seems that the tone of the series has flipped to a darker one

And about time. I mean it's fun to have a few slower arcs to lighten things up over more serious ones but felt that the first part of season 5 was really dragged out.

The start of this arcs looks very promising and intriguing.

As most people have said.. this is the beginning of MHA getting really good so hold on tight because up to current manga stuff it's like this, and this was just a taster.

with that warning from Hawks

So endeavour 😉 I really recommend this book 😉 read it especially the second part 😉.

I don't know I not completely convinced that Endeavour it the type of man who would solve the little riddle by Hawks. But the plot has to advance.

Endeavor is very intelligent and great at his job. Remember this is the guy with the highest amount of solved cases. He’s a terrific hero, but terrible father.

I’d add look at how agency is portrayed; it’s the largest agency but more importantly it seems to well run and efficient. Also he was very calculating when he fought that nomu at the end of last season. He was constantly analyzing his opponent for weaknesses and outsmarted the opponent for a win (with a ton of help from hawks). Heck even his marriage was more based on the calculation of who would provide the best chance for the strongest offspring. So I would say his character is very competent who is mentally adept, methodical, and quick thinking and is also a god awful father. Him breaking the code of a highlighted book with a couple winks and nods is not out of character for me.

From what I can tell the only other agency with as many sidekicks that we know of as Endeavor's was Iida's older brother Tensei's agency, so he's definitely good at organising them.

Ah I might have assumed it was the largest agency, didn’t realize Tensei’s agency was that large.

Vigilantes shows tenseis agency as being massive, wouldn’t surprise me but I don’t think the largest is stated

its p obvious but i was glad when this season showed how much he struggles with his kids. He was becoming #1 last season, and I was always thinking lets not forget this guy physically abuses his wife and children.

Isn't his job centred around taking down the bad guys? I think it requires instinct/ combat power and not pure intelligence. That doesn't mean he is intelligent. . Like you could say Luffy/Naruto have fighting intelligence but they are stupid ( I hope I got my idea clear).

He’s a terrific hero, but terrible father.

Lmao. Atleast he is trying his best.

Endeavor actually does do detective work and is very perceptive and insightful. His problem is that he isn’t warm (no pun intended) or inviting. He is extremely intimidating and off putting, so a lot of people get a very intense and aggressive feeling from him. Endeavor wanted to be the undisputed number one.

Endeavor actually does do detective work

Fair enough that makes sense.

There isn't a second part to read that would make sense (at least highlighting wise), none of the highlights probably make that much sense and he is acting weird. Not too difficult to find out.

And it's not getting lighter for the next year plus

Gotta give Deku one last power up before throwing a literal army at him.

More permanently this time I hope, instead of another cultural festival right after this lmao
