It's mentioned off hand in like one scene. We know that Kotarou and Amakusa were killed by Jaguar Warrior but I don't think the others' deaths are detailed.

Ibaraki is actually still alive in the mountains and is an optional boss after you beat the chapter.

You need Kintoki who allows you to see what happened after the events of Babylonia through his interlude as he had "unfinished" business with her or something.

Did you forget how she kicked Mash, Ana and Merlin's asses in the first episode she appeared in?

Personally I like to think it was Quetz who killed them. Amakusa doesn't strike me as someone who could die so easily to Jaguar, he would at least run away. And Kotarou, he especially could get away.

Yeah, I do remember, it’s just that Fujimaru’s crew didn’t strike me as really ‘battle oriented’. At least not in the same sense as the servants she presumably killed.

In all honesty,Amakusa and Fuuma are even less battle-focussed than the team Fujimaru is riding around with

I totally forgot Jaguar Warrior killed Kotarou and Amakusa! That's so funny! Imagine getting styled on by a crazy chick in a fursuit, and all you needed way to tell her that she's fluffy like a demon boar.
