Suishou during this episode:

Oh shit I'm so done for...

As if, baaaakaaaa!

Mages are kept alive by the moon

That line reminded me of those scenes when Mangetsu drifted next to the moon. It's nothing big, but knowing she's a doll kept alive by magic it kinda fits nicely.

I was sure Shingetsu was alive, but I didn't expect Suishou to vaporize Mangetsu... I'm betting she will still somehow appear in the last episode and it will make me cry...

Mangetsu will probably show up in spirit form to give Shingetsu the last push she will need to get rid of Suishou for good.

That's what I'm expecting but I wouldn't mind getting surprised by something else. She said that she's a crystallization of Shingetsu's feelings, that may be a way back for Mangetsu, but then again, this series is pretty dark so I'm pretty sure someone will die for good.

My prediction: Mangetsu merges with Shingetsu's ARMANOX and gives her/it a power boost to help defeat Suishou.

Plausible. She was a part of Shingetsu to begin with. I also thought that if Shingetsu "created" her then now, when the magic still exists, she should technically be able to create her again, right?

There are some options they can take, but I'm going to just lay back and enjoy the finale instead of making wild guesses. I trust they will do a good job, since this show has been solid all the way through.

That's part of the joy of this being an original anime and not an adaptation.

True... 2 episodes ago I was right about Suishou testing the other mages on Magiaconatus orders, I just didn't expect her to be doing this for a thousand of years...

You reminded me of Release the Spyce. It was fun guessing the events with other people, with all those hints in the Opening. I just rewatched it last week and the joy still remains.

You don't know how happy I am to hear someone else mention Release the Spyce! It was honestly one of my favorites from that season, and now this is my favorite from this season. Those two have really heightened my love for original anime!

There are quite a lot of people who liked RtS. Last week I rewatched it for the 3rd time right after taking a poll on CDF about my next rewatch series, and RtS beat other classics like CG, Fate0 and whatnot.

Original series don't get much recognition and they're risky but RtS and Granbelm are both solid 9/10 for me.
