There's gonna be an epilogue chapter next month, but otherwise it's a full adaptation with minor cuts here and there.

Are there any fan TL's for the manga beyond volume 4?

Ch 17 was tl'd a while back and that's from vol 5, but nothing after that, and I wouldn't hold my breath for more either. For the official TL's they are going at a volume every couple of months, so I think everything should be fully translated by Summer 2020.
