I mean to be fair, Armin "said" that and it would have been "said" even if he was still alive.

Past tense in Japanese is the same as past tense in English. “Or so Armin said” does not change whether Armin is alive or dead

My guess is one for Sasha, and one for Erwin. Not sure if Sasha is in a bad enough state to justify that, but would love to see potato titan.

Armin did not look in a shape that the serum could help him, unfortunately.

1: I think you replied to the wrong comment

2: they better atleast try the serum on him, though the needle may just bounce off his now crispy skin, he'd need to eat one of the special titans to become intelligent though, luckily we have some of those just lying around.

And I think the problem is more with him being dead than the crispy skin.
