Eren finally getting the Colossal titan after all those years was cathartic.

Let's have a toast for their victory!

Dammit this one's a bit overcooked but I'll take it anyway

I like how it's been teased how Eren gets to crack Colossal open since the first anime opening.

It's been teased since the 2009 volume cover, go look at the OG cover of volume 1.

Maybe its just me, but i'm kind of angry Eren and Levi didn't just dice Bertholdt and the beat titan the second they could. They already saw reiner get away once, it should be an absolute no brainer and yet their just like let me cherish the moment and take time killing these people who have a colossal advantage in every way and keep surprising us. Everything else was fine, but the trope of winning the fight only to have to drag on because the protagonist simply didn't end it when they had the opportunity is the most annoying trope.

They didn't do it just because they wanted to cherish the moment (maybe a bit) but because they wanted to find someone who they can inject the titan serum into and have them eat either the Colossal or Beast titan. That way they get to revive save a comrade and also gain another titan on their side.

But Levi really should've tried to feed Beast titan to one of the dumb titans around them the moment he couldn't localize someone to inject. That way he would've dealt a serious blow to the enemy and whomever turns back into a human would be too confused to know what's going on and he could've nabbed him/her to have Erwin or someone else eat them later, if they can stomach doing such a thing.

Even in his human form the beast titan could control the dumb ones. There's no way he would've been eaten.

Edit: or he just shouted because those dumb fucks were sleeping

True, I thought the same thing but he could've cut his tongue and crushed his larynx for good measure before trying to feed him to the dumb ones (unless his powers work telepathically too) but it's also possible the dumb ones wouldn't eat him because their prior orders were to stand by.

Although judging by the scene where we first met him when the one titan continues to eat Miche, even though the Beast titan told him to wait it's possible one drop of blood might've sufficed to entice a titan to eat him.

this whole episode was exceptionally cathartic.

Screw you for that pun... I’m still in tears here...

If levi can get to him maybe he can save armin. Thats what Levi was trying to do with the remainding scouts on his side. And the end of season 3 part 1 shows him with milasa and eren so he should make it to armin.

Also can we get a toast for hange coming back.
