Weren't we supposed to have 21 episodes? This episode looked like a perfectly fine happy ending to the series. Unless the studio plans some brutal plotwist for next week?

But everyone is saved, well, minus Setsu. And Yuri no longer has the key. So what could change?

Well, remember, there is at least one more mystery remaining: Kukrushaka.

Yuri and Setsu only solved the looping, but that wasn't the only problem on the ship.

Yeah, that is the main thing that hasn't been addressed. I can only wonder if that has a connection with Setsu. Well, next week will hopefully clarify on things.

On another note, this episode went quite faster than I expected.

I don't think it counts. Anyone could realize Kukrushka is still unsolved based entirely on information from the show.

there are a couple things that could be "loose ends" but that happens in pretty much every show, i didnt fully call it a spoiler tho.

i think they did the "ending" episode well enough, any platform nowadays will probably show that there is at least 1 episode left, and tbh not many shows end its run at ep 18 lol.
