Terenezza appears to be reincarnated in the typical role of a “heroine” however. It was Scarlet would’ve been unjustly declared a “villainess” at the start.

The series has interestingly enough subverted the trope since then by having Scarlet be openly embraced as the people’s saviour, while Terenezza has already fallen into disgrace.

Stealing the fiancé is a common villainess trope though. Tenerezza looks like a heroine, but her role from the start seems to be of a typical villainess. Maybe the original scenario had the heroine die, or Tenerezza concluded that the original villainess had a much more beneficial start; so she had orchestrated to switch positions from the start of the story she presumably knows. Anyway there's something fucky, and it's an interesting mystery.

Yeah I genuinely believe she thinks she’s the heroine. So far nothing has indicated otherwise.

I think it’s the play of “Isakei heroes are kinda sociopathic if you think about it” thing.
