Be specific.

As I said, the tropes are different because this is appealing more to the female side of the wish fulfillment, so there wouldn't be a specific match to a male MC

What is not common is the context and seriousness and righteousness this one has

nuance

I don't need nuance because

  1. It's a fictional cartoon world where that kind of thing which would be sexual harassment in our world is treated as a goofy character quirk; as you point out yourself this happens constantly in many romcom anime. I'm not changing my standards on this just because it's gender flipped this time

  2. The "righteousness" comes from the boss attempting to fire someone not for sexual harassment, but because she accidentally caused MC to get coffee on her shirt

Not to mention handsome boss man doesn't appear to understand basic human events like having clothes get wet and he's doing this as some sort of half-flirtatious play to make MC act more assertively. This whole situation is ridiculous. It's not more serious than any other usual seasonal slop.

"It's not more serious than any other usual seasonal slop." is a flat out lie. Watch her walk uncomfortable through the office again. Then slowly be crushed under the pressure of confrontation and insecurity. That's played 100% seriously as is the speech.

The comedy at the end is specifically to defuse the huge amount of tension the show has just built up.

EDIT: Ironically After writing my comment I removed my first sentence because I felt like the other commentor would use it to ignore the rest of what I wrote. I was too slow and they had already responded....doing exactly what I thought they would. So I'm just leave this here to inform people of my edit so its not an accidental ninja edit or leave their comment floating seemingly out of context.

They did exactly what I thought and I have zero desire to continue this conversation because of that. I would call the massive ignoring/downplaying of the serious tone of her walking through the office in inappropriate stained top severely uncomfortably to be borderline misogynistic. That is definitely way more serious than your average harem male MC anime. Those are typically massive power fantasies with a bland "nice" MC devoid of any real flaws or concerns.

Highly specific? It's generic wish fulfillment stuff. Hot guys, "relatable" flaws, a moment of surface level emotional strength, etc.
