As I said, the tropes are different because this is appealing more to the female side of the wish fulfillment, so there wouldn't be a specific match to a male MC
I don't need nuance because
It's a fictional cartoon world where that kind of thing which would be sexual harassment in our world is treated as a goofy character quirk; as you point out yourself this happens constantly in many romcom anime. I'm not changing my standards on this just because it's gender flipped this time
The "righteousness" comes from the boss attempting to fire someone not for sexual harassment, but because she accidentally caused MC to get coffee on her shirt
Not to mention handsome boss man doesn't appear to understand basic human events like having clothes get wet and he's doing this as some sort of half-flirtatious play to make MC act more assertively. This whole situation is ridiculous. It's not more serious than any other usual seasonal slop.
