people missing this is the obvious reason, if an entire body can be rebuilt with dark ichor(drel) im sure klen can manage an eye he just didnt care when he reanimated her.

I think he needed parts to fix her and her eye had probably exploded a bit too everywhere for him to fix. Maybe if he got someone else's eye, but he didn't need it at first and there's clearly no need to give her one now (at least from his PoV).

Keep in mind that at first he was only intending to use her as a wet nurse, and it's only because she told him they'd need to go into the human world and find one that he kept her around as a guide.

When Clen first reanimated Alicia, he just needed a wet nurse. He fixed her legs so she could accompany him and Luna wherever they go, but she doesn't need both eyes to feed the baby. Could he have fixed her eye afterward? Yeah sure, but Clen has not forgiven Alicia for attacking him in his lair. He isn't going to do nice things for her just because he can. Besides, Alicia has proved she can function fine with just 1 eye. This issue is closed.

Meta-wise, Alicia losing one eye is a parallel to the Norse god Odin, who gave up one of his eyes for wisdom. After losing her eye, Alicia has gained wisdom and greater understanding about herself and the world.
