I like how every anime that is supposedly about a person reincarnated in another world and wanting a slow, carefree life, gets OP and gets roped into all major events anyway

It only took Ryo twenty years to do so. Unlike others who might not even get a year in the slow life.

Hey the slime witch also got 100+ years of chilling before everyone wanted to fight her

Things just keep happening around them, poor reincarnated slow life protagonists.

At least Ryo still seems to have plenty of time for flirting with his elf girlfriend.

at least the protagonist for farming life kinda gets that if you ignore the dozens of girls gunning for him every night.

That's how you get a slow carefree life... you become so OP that there's no longer danger. Add immortality to it then he can just take his time.

well i guess "great power come with great responsibility"
if fate give a power, definitely fate also bring a situation that you need to use that power

It can be argued that, except for racing to the dungeon to Save The Day, Ryo is still living his slow life since there's nothing around that can make him break a sweat.
