What an amazing fuck up by that bullying noble girl. No last minute save where someone stops the poisoning, nobody coming in to help or grant mercy, just real game of houses type consequences for her entire family. Fair chance she just ruined her entire life with that trick, I wouldn't be shocked if she gets punished hard by her family and she may even have ruined her chances at a well positioned noble marriage since who would trust a known poisoner.

And Isabelle, my goodness, what a switch from fake villainess to bring the pain villainess.

Claudia earned some points with that save not to mention her snark towards Cyril. I'm sure she'll calm down a bit in regards to Monica once it becomes clear there's absolutely nothing there between her and Neil.

I'm thinking she going to have a rushed marriage to some noble families black sheep asshole who is internaly exiled on frontier or someone where else far from society to star having lots of children for them.

Nobles frequently not punished by public legal system instead the punishment served out in some quite but sometimes quite nasty to the individual way. Note normally the Church if any does not subject the Nobility to inquisition like stuff and beaf the Church has will any Noble will be done out of public eye. Oh if there a church Caroline might find her self a nun in a type of Convent they lock the Nuns into in remote areas. There traditionally she will be whipped into compliance plus more whipping for good measure. And head shaved of course. 2nd Sons often had to become clergy, frier or monk which also could be rough but normally in some prestigious spot not as much harmed. Henry the VIII was mad clergy then his older brother Arthur died and they pulled him out. Thus when Henry broke with Catholic Church he basically copied most of the Catholic doctrine with the King replacing the Pope and no religious orders other than maybe Knightly orders. The standard Protestants were very upset over this.
