As expected by the preview of last episode, Bunny girl's story got changed, like the other comments said [Manga] Leader and Marin work together to lure her in, trap her and simply erase her memories about being a ninia, so Bunny girl ends up surviving afterwards and gets a job at a shop

When she showed up early last episode I was hoping they'd follow the manga with that and then the original pink-haired ninja from the post credits would be our final boss, but oh well.

As it is, the whole episode was anime original with the exception of the eye experiments, the bit at the dentist and Konoha's confession to Satoko

How much more source material is there? Enough for another season?

There are currently 44 chapters and with this episode the anime covered up to chapter 25.5

I suppose that wouldn't be enough left for another season right now.

The original plan was to have [Manga] Yukari go back to the village and have a village themed chapter based on the end of volume omake and I kind of wish that had been the case instead of this change though I suppose I'm also not sure how it would have fit into this particular anime season finale.

Since the anime changes things around majorly these last two episodes, you should still read chapters 24 and 25 first.

I'm so conflicted, that was way more yuri, but I was waiting for Leader to be cool for once and erase bunny girl memory, they could have even done that with the original girl during the post-credits scene, they missed the chance twice.

I guess Burger doesn't really like the ending for her. according to the extra chapter, she was supposed to be killed by Satoko during the brawl, but the editor wanted to end volume 3 at chapter 25, so he added the subplot. also [NinKoro manga]turning her into a hooker doesn't fit the yuri tone of the series, especially at the final episode as a happy ending.

They could have made her a poster girl for a cosplay store or the R-18 store from before, would be a funny call back. The only thing I wanted animated is Leader being competent, specially because it was foreshadowed she would use her ninjutsu again and she never did in the anime.

Honestly disappointed with the change they did in the last episode [manga content] bunny ninja was supposed to be handled by Kuro using Marin's backpack which would have been a nice way to show that the two of them are competent and can coordinate really well. Also, bunny ninja does not even die but only lose her memories. Shame we don't get that and I feel even more disappointed that Marin got her ass kicked in this episode. At least there was more yuri moments between Konoha and Satoko.
