Typical Website Issues - Resolved Is the EDS (employment security department) website down for anyone else?

I have been trying to go on their website today to file my weekly claim for unemployment but it is not allowing me to log in. Just wondering if anyone else is having this issue?

yep, looping on authentication. Assuming that the maintenance window from yesterday has bled into today

Yes, it will not log me in after the 2X authentication. Let me know if you need the automated phone number to file your claim. :) I called, filed with the automated service, and waited for the robot voice to say my claim has been accepted.

For the Paid Vacation time question, PRESS 9! Answer “no.” The way they ask the question is super confusing. Hahaha But answering “no” is the best option.

I was able to get through the call but after the questions, it’s says that there is a technical difficulty and to try again later. Then it hangs up on me. It’s not able to file my claim.

I think people are figuring out they can call and overloading the system. Whatever MSP manages their shit should be addressing the issue. I would try later in the night and tomorrow. If you call to a live person tomorrow. Call right when the lines are open.

Yeah I called. The questions are a bit different. The vacation one threw me off. Cause No, I am unemployed, why would I have vacation time. 1-800-318-6022 is the number.

Yeah it appears to still be broken for all of us and the “solutions” being offered in the other thread don’t actually apply to this situation and aren’t helpful. Hopefully it will be fixed soon 🤞

I just called and everything was going smoothly until the end. I get told to hold on, followed by a minute or two of the typical waiting music and then I get...we're sorry, but we couldn't record your claim information. Please try again later 😔. Like wtf.. no maintenance info on their site as of right now.

This is what happened to me tonight when I called. “Due to technical difficulties, we cannot file your claim right now. Please try again later.” Then it hangs up on me.

I get to the two-way authenication where you put the 6 digit code from either text or email and continue to login then it puts me back to the sign in screen in red text above username that says login error

Still same problem for me at 8:40am on Monday. I actually have two ESD WA accounts ( I help my nephew who lives here too ) and both having the exact same issue. Tried several browsers. We get the SAW MFA code quickly. It just leaves us in the login loop infinitely.

Looks like I was able to sign in successfully as well. Side note: I filed by phone on Sunday at around 12:15am and I already got my deposit paid out. I have no idea if it is normally that quick or if they were mass approving them because of the system issues but just a heads up for anyone else who filed the same way!

Oh shoot! I didn’t even think to check my bank account as I am normally paid later in the day on Wednesdays. I got my pay out too!

I called to file my claim- I didn’t actually get to talk to anyone about not being able to login. It’s an automated system for submitting a claim via phone call!

What # is the weekly claim option? I tried calling but this option didn’t seem to be anywhere…wondering if these login errors put me at too many weeks behind.

Yeah, I was able to log in, I did my claim by phone yesterday. And I got paid TODAY! Woke up to a deposit, logged onto site and it said it was paid today for the weekend ending the 22nd.

Still down again. Can't even call due to high call volume. I'm not sure my claim went through as I called it in and they told me it couldn't record my information and to try again. Now I call and I don't even get an option to file a claim. Here's hoping it went through the first time and it's just an error.

Same! I can log in now but I cannot see the claim I filed yesterday via the phone with them. :(

Actually! I got mine paid out. It doesn’t show on my portal but I just checked my account and sure enough it’s been paid out two days early.
