Not much else to add tbh. Theres a lot of lack of content. And with my 50 wishes it took 2 minutes to have all the new items. Its bland. No weather, no babies, no actual couple stuff, lack of decoration and landscaping, nothing to do at the beach, nothing to watch that casually happens.

there will never be a repeated outfit

I really can’t put my finger on it. These few Miis are of my most recent batch, and I really can’t resonate with them at all simply for how uncanny they look.

My issue is, I’ve tried so hard to be accurate with their designs that they no longer look like actual Miis. I haven’t yet, but I fear that if I finish the Cowboy Bepop lineup, I’ll lose my interest in them, and they’ll end up becoming dead space on my island.

On an additional note, I’ve found that after a while, replicating accurate Miis gets boringly repetitive. And without any personal touches, the Miis start to feel bland, too. Because at the end of the day, I’m really just copying art. And there’s no satisfaction in creating something that isn’t my own blood, sweat, and tears. Is this a common issue?

I’ll have to take a break from replication for a while, and focus on making Miis from scratch. Maybe on a separate island altogether.

That said, I’m still really happy with how my Misa design turned out! ❤️❤️

In my opinion I believe it’s sad Nintendo didn’t add it like they did on the 3Ds but I do agree with the rest of the community hopefully add baby items and essential along with the pets where they are fully functional

I know this isn't the biggest deal but this feels like the cherry on top of my frustration with the lack of content in this game.

Today I opened up the game and I'm sure we all saw the new stuff for the game being the summer season. I got excited and I thought I'd see like 20 new rooms, 20 new outdoor items, and least like 5 new island builder floors. Heck, I even expected maybe some new quirks and travel locations.

Less than 10 new features. What.

I mean I'm not surprised at this point, but come on. I think I got lucky with that some of the outdoor items (I have one mii that is a character that loves sunflowers). But still - 6 outdoor items?? Are you serious??

The cherry on top of this cherry is that I realized today that if you get more than one quirk in the same category, there isn't a randomizer that allows for the chance of either quirk happening. Instead, whichever one the mii got most recently is the one that is selected. So for example, if you get the "eats with gusto" quirk and then also get the "eats cutely" quirk, then its just gonna show only the eats cutely quirk unless you change it manually. And you can't select both!

I'm so frustrated that I can't do basic things to make them more realistic. I don't understand why the devs didnt pour their heart and soul into customization when they already messed up by not adding nearly enough randomized events and dialogue.

I know this reddit has probably gone over this issue over and over but I just needed a place to vent cause I can't believe I paid 60 dollars for this.

If so, how can I still make my island look visually appealing while removing items?

I just found this set-up amusing. Michael Myers, who was already sad over something, was just trying to watch a cooking show and Sadako (from Ring) and Hinako (from Silent Hill f) were behind him shaking maracas. I had to capture it in gif form.

When bringing a mii to a group to talk to someone and the conversation ends, the group rearranges their spots to include the mii you brought over to sit with them. I find it really cute.

Miis, if they have a Switch, will play the same game together even if you gifted them different games.

Miis that are strangers will still play chase with each other which is a good opportunity to grab one and make them interact. Same with a mii chasing another stranger mii that's just walking.

Short miis need a platform on their seat when eating at Tomoria. Very cute.

A mii that is acquaintances with another mii but haven't interacted in a while will ask you about them. (Happened to me recently and I completely forgot they interacted once.)
