After sharing my Hollow Knight-inspired work before, I wanted to do something special for Silksong fans too.

This piece was inspired by two characters I know many of us love — Hornet and Sherma.

Been quite a while since i've drawn anything related to Silksong. Hope you all enjoy

Spent overall about 300 hours (5 Months) building this Project! I'm very happy with how this turned out :) It isn't a 1 to 1 replica of the actual game, but I tried to keep the main aesthetics and stuff. There are A LOT of fully decorated rooms inside!

Blocks: 1.6 million

It is also pretty survival friendly, because I'm actually going to build this thing (with some other people, of course) on a survival Server now!

I've watched my husband do his full 100% playthrough while acting as a map navigator/hint giver/backseat gamer even tho I won't play the game myself cause I'm bad and cry easily. But I love the game and lore sooooo much and really wanted to make the bell beast. Considering making more to use up the rest of this minky. Maybe Act 3 spoilers lil babies?

The face came out so :3 silly.

EDIT: I'm seeing a few comments asking for a pattern and material breakdown so adding in main post (I think I'm doing this right I feel like a reddit noob). The base pattern is from Mocapon Studio. For materials: main fabric is minky, the scales and mask have an internal foam that's used for like bag inserts, and the belly and chin have an internal foam meant for shoulder pads so it's sturdier. Then I digitized embroidery files for the eyes and legs using Inkscape with the Inkstitch extension. Then everything got put together on my Brother SE625!

I never actually played any of the games but they look really coooooool so I wanted to try and make some fake screenshots :P

This was fun, tiring, but fun!

Did a quick humanised Hornet cosplay based on Alexa Ookamiarts art. Needle is 3D printed and the mask made out of eva foam. I ran out of 5mm eva foam for Hornet’s head so that’s why I decided to go with a human version instead. Sadly I did not have time yet to sew the cape structure, so for now this is still a WIP x-x happy playing!

I think I included everyone and everything Hornet has bound to her, crazy lineup I'm ngl

Painting over and finishing done in Photoshop

Scene has 3.8 million faces. No my pc did not catch fire this scene is actually quite light thanks to using instances.. The Blend file is only 16MB.

I work using a wacom Intuos pro tablet and stylus no mouse
