I've been struggling to find any contact information for Nova Rock on this.

Basically I bought a Diamond VIP Package for 2 people. I'm looking to top up my cashless account and link it to my ticket. My question is that, as I only have 1 ticket number (it's 1 ticket for the whole thing and it says for 2 people on it), will we have a shared cashless account? Or will we be given festival tickets at the hotel and have to link those?

Or is there somewhere that provides a contact form/email address to ask someone at the festival about this? I can only see a phone number on oeticket.com at 1 euro a minute and they might not even be able to help.

I don't really want to wait til i'm there to top up my cashless account, and don't want to top up an account with the wrong ticket number

Edit: For reference, you have to setup a 2nd cashless account and link it once you have the wristband
