Anybody know if this is a Plycraft model lounge chair?

It has no label, but given the base and general construction, it looks the most like other Plycraft models I’ve seen online. Not the Mr. Chair of course, but another that’s name I don’t know.

My husband bought this yesterday, it was advertised as a Cado but clearly isn’t. Any ideas?

I still love it regardless.

Hey all,

Nearly finished restoring this ercol Windsor sideboard but it is missing 2 shelf pins. They are screw in and I have tried multiple different sizes etc to no avail. Can anyone point me in the right direction please? Thank you

Is this couch genuine MCM?

The seller of this couch is claiming it's mohair upholstered, authentic mid-century modern. Based on these images, do you think the claim is true? And if so, what decade would it be from? It's not the silhouette I associate with the period. Thank you in advance!

Is this a Siesta Westnofa chair?

I bought this chair 3 years ago for $200CAD. I didn’t really know what it was at the time. I just liked the look of it. It no longer has a sticker and I can’t find any labels on it or identifiers inside or out.

Is this the real deal or is it more likely a knock off? It feels like real leather from the inside.

Thank you

We're looking for new dining chairs and saw these on our local marketplace. Can anyone identify these? I couldn't find any matches to the style online. Thanks!

Hi friends! Recently picked up a Brasilia dresser and it’s missing 3 of these sliders with the ball bearings. Does anyone where I can find some that would fit? Thank you!

I'm helping an elderly woman clear out her 50s ranch house and nothing has been thrown away in over 30 years. She uncovered this beauty today! So much goodness in this magazine!

Any idea what kind of wood this is made from? It looks remarkably like the teak I already own but I was thinking cherry, pine, or oak. Any thoughts?

ID Request. Brazilian Mid-Century Armchair. Lafer-style.

I’m trying to identify the maker or designer of this armchair. My grandfather bought it, and it has been in our family home here in Brazil for at least 40 years.

Because of the solid dark wood frame, exposed hex screws, and strap suspension system, my first guess was that it mght be a Percival Lafer piece from the 70s. However, I can't find a Lafer model with separate legs like this. Most of his designs seem to have continuous sled bases or solid side panels.

I should mention that I already know the fabric is not original. It was reupholstered, though the current cushion retains the general "floating" shape of the old one.

Does anyone with knowledge of the Brazilian mid-century modern movement recognize this particular leg structure and joint style? Could it be another prominent factory from that period? Any leads would be amazing.

Wassily Chair - paracord edit

A while ago, I found a Wassily chair frame (assuming a reproduction), with almost all of the leather gone. I decided to create a unique take on the chair using 550lb red Paracord for the back, seat, and arms. The tightly stretched cord forms the same sized elements as the original leather components, but it's actually more comfortable, and transparent.
