If Futurama and King of the Hill were good enough to get revived, then the way I see it, there's no big deal about making THIS happen as well!
While we may all agree that Hey Arnold! The Jungle Movie was the ULTIMATE ending to the series, many of us, including the head man Craig Bartlett himself, still also relish the idea of Hey Arnold! a revival season taking place right after where The Jungle Movie ended, with Arnold and his friends now being aged up as 6th graders and his parents, Miles and Stella, now being back in the picture. Beyond this, the revival should basically be the same as the old show, with the following major differences of course:
- Arnold's grandparents still playing mostly the same roles as before, only to a slightly lesser scale.
- Everyone having the same outfits and physical aging changes from The Jungle Movie.
- P.S. 118 expanded to be attended by kids as old as 8th grade, made apparent by the end of The Jungle Movie.
- Arnold being absent in some episodes to focus more on Helga and other characters and their lives and time (a lot of shows do it nowadays)
- Arnold and Helga now a couple, though still secretly for the time being (perhaps until the final episode of the season). As a result though, while the full extant of their relationship is a secret from most people aside Gerald, Phoebe, and Arnold’s family, Helga is now much less antagonistic to Arnold in public, the latter now knowing her true feelings for him, and when she is, Helga is now considerably less cruel and obnoxious and plays the role as something of an enforcer and secondary sidekick to him after Gerald.
- Gerald and Phoebe now a couple who often double date with Arnold and Helga, including before the latter duo’s relationship becomes public.
- Harold and Big Patty now a couple, the latter now being an 8th grader.
- Oskar, upon losing Suzie as his wife and breadwinner, tries be more responsible and, along with his paper route, begins working as the school janitor for P.S. 118.
- Helga’s dad, Big Bob, upgrading his merchandise to cellphones, while Helga’s mom, Miriam, gets a job at the local TV station. Both of which were concept ideas for the cancelled spinoff "The Patakis".
I've also got a few episode ideas in mind. But in the meantime, what do you say we get Nickelodeon and all its big bosses's attention and introducing a whole new generation of Nickelodeon viewers to a classic Nickelodeon original? And trust me, it'll be a WAY better deal than that cancelled spin-off "The Patakis". So let's get those numbers moving, shall we? So we can get to see more of this adorable little football head, this time with his parents back in the picture so they can see what their son has accomplished in their absence. This has 87 signatures so far. Let's get to 100 by tomorrow so we can start a weekly trend. What do you say?:

Arnold appreciation post. I really think Arnold is one of the greatest (he has flaws tho) animated characters. He has a lot of wisdom and heart for just a 9 year old boy.

Genuine thoughts on seasons 4 and 5?
I feel like most of it, wasn’t that good. But some episodes were also really great too. You are more than welcome to reply to this post.

Why was Helga so worried about people finding out about her crush on Arnold?
I don't think it's that big a deal, people would've made fun of her for a week or two then moved on. Nothing major.

The fact that Dr. Bliss was the only maternal figure Helga ever had breaks my heart
I always wished they kept Dr. Bliss around to show Helga that there was a light at the end of the dark tunnel that Bob and Miriam created

hey friends I always had a doubt: Is he the "Chocolate Boy"? 😯

Why are some of the adults so dysfunctional?
Just curious because correct me if I am wrong since when I was looking back at the show, I started to notice a pattern about how some of the adult characters are not exactly so nice.
Like what I am getting at is that characters like Bob Pataki and Principal Wartz are how do I say it? Quite mean actually since Wartz abuses his position as principal, while Bob is not only a jerk to Helga, but also Arnold since at one point, he calls him an orphan with the most arrogant tone.

Looking for my people: Starting an invite-only Discord group for those who felt deeply "seen" by Hey Arnold!
Hey everyone, I am a 34-year-old Third Culture Kid (TCK) currently doing another rewatch of the series, and I’m looking to find my people. I want to build a community of adults who appreciate HEY Arnold on a visceral, psychological level - so I'm starting a dedicated Discord group for us to connect.
I first watched Hey Arnold! back in primary school (around grade 4/5). I think it was reruns even back when I used to watch it. Watching it after school and finishing my homework became my daily "self-love ritual". For me, it was never just a 90s cartoon. It's so hard to explain to people how deeply Jim Lang's melancholic jazz and Craig Bartlett’s writing moved me.
What I'm looking for:
I want to gather a group of like-minded adults (especially those 30s and above, fellow TCKs, or anyone who felt like an outsider who can deeply appreciate this show) who want to chat about the show’s emotional depth, analyze characters like Helga or Pigeon Man, or just share how the show protected their inner child.
How to join:
If this resonates with you on a deep level, drop a comment below or send me a DM! Tell me a little bit about how the show impacted you or your favorite episode, and I’ll send you the Discord group link. Let's connect!

These are your daily reminders
Curly literally committed what could be considered either a misdemeanor or a Class B Felony in the State of Washington all over a pencil.
Suzie is a loser too but her bullshit always gets overshadowed by the train wreck that is Oskar.
Stinky once threw away $1 million and the opportunity to get his family out of extreme poverty because he got caught up in his feelings.
Olga ain't shit.

Hey Arnold Custom shoes!
Turned a worn-out pair of PUMA sneakers into something straight out of Hey Arnold! This started as a COVID lockdown project—just me, some acrylic paint, and a multi-purpose marker—but it quickly became a tribute to one of my favorite cartoons growing up. From beat-up basics to bold, hand-painted nostalgia, these shoes carry a whole lot of color, creativity, and childhood memories in every step for me!

Pigeon Man episode was a mirror to society.
I feel like Pigeon man could have been the Joker if he wasn't mentally stable and didn't have pigeons for company.
